Borrow a book, find a training course and get help with mental health worries – every Friday in Sheerness.

Addaction holds a weekly surgery at Sheppey Gateway, for people clients to come and speak with our highly-trained staff for help with mental health issues. Depression, anxiety, stress, worry and phobias are all common mental health problems which people live with, but by seeking help with Addaction, they could be helped to feel much happier and healthier, having been given techniques for coping with the mental health issues.

The Friday sessions from 9am – 1pm are for people to discuss their worries confidentially. Clients must have been assessed for the treatment sessions first, which can be done by filling in the form online, calling us on 01634 298598.

The sessions are held at Sheppey Gateway in Sheerness High Street every Friday and will resume on Friday January 2nd.
