Step 2 Low Intensity Mental Health Advice Work
Step 2 treatments are for mild to moderate mental health difficulties, such as depression, panic disorder, social phobia and obsessive compulsive disorder. Step 2 treatments consist of low intensity interventions provided through support groups and guided self-help using workbooks and computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
