When you have completed your registration form, we will book an appointment for your assessment. You will receive a text from us confirming when this will be. During the appointment we will work with you to understand more about the changes you want to make, and to agree a plan as to how you would like to do this.
Our offer of support is broad and is designed to ensure you can access the best support for you as soon as possible. We have a wide range of educational and therapeutic treatment programmes. Our specialist members of staff are experienced at delivering these in a range of formats. These are designed to best suit you, and include online, over the telephone, and in a workshop setting.
Throughout your time with us you will be support by a dedicated member of our team, who will work alongside you throughout your time with us, and will help you to track your progress and to work towards achieving your goals.
We are unfortunately not a crisis service, therefore if you feel you need urgent support, please contact your local GP, visit your local Accident and Emergency Department or call 999.
